Upon completion of the fault resolution, you will be promptly informed by our helpdesk staff, without any hassle on your side.
- Round the Clock Engineering Support
Minimizing your service turnaround time is an important factor to us. This is why we have a pool of specialized engineers proficient in satellite equipment handling and maintenance to provide you with round-the-clock technical support. Combining rich experience with regional knowledge expertise to engineer solutions, we strive to deliver services of the highest standards.
- Technology Partnerships with 3rd Party Solutions
Powering test set ups to ensure 3rd party solutions ranging from 3D, alioscopy to remote content monitoring are some of our upcoming initiatives to build an active ecosystem to shape the Satellite Broadcast services in Singapore and Asia. Initiating these technology partnerships with 3rd party solution providers strengthens our development towards becoming a regional media centre with multiple capabilities.
- Regular Process Audit for Customer Service Excellence
Achieving the ISO9001:2008 certification is a testimony of the emphasis and importance we place on smooth operation processes and optimal system functionality. Regular tests conducted with the satellite operators whom we partner and troubleshooting procedures on our Fault Reporting Management System are documented and archived for reference. Delivering efficient teleport services is our key priority.
- Infrastructure Refurbishment for Optimal Functionality
Expanding infrastructural capabilities to support our Singapore teleport services allows us to lead and power ahead in the dynamic market. In 2011, we embarked on 3-phased multi-million project to refurbish our current antennas and maintain optimal functionality of our uplink system. The first phase saw the installation of:
- One 11-metre antenna
- One 9-metre antenna
- One TT&C (Telemetry, Tracking and Control) antenna
Backed by new Radio Frequency (RF) chains, our new systems assure continued service reliability, propelling us to stay at the forefront of satellite communications. To date, Phase 2 of this project was completed in Q4 of 2011. The final phase is under progress and slated to be completed in mid-2012.
